Title : IT Project Manager
Duties:
Identify and apply suitable Project Management techniques to solve different business problems and work with teams in a matrix organization. Manage, facilitate and lead client communications effectively during the Project. Coordinate work between the onsite and offshore team on all aspects. Conduct team’s performance review as needed and share details with higher management. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners. Successfully manage project timeline (Actual vs Planned) and provide project budget. Manage resources based on project’s critical task chain. Handle resource dependent and manager project buffer accordingly. Work with Product Owner, Business System Analysts to understand business and functional requirements of Project so as to contribute in design sessions; prioritize user stories with Product Owner in sequence to feed in IT Backlog. Manage release deployment versions and stakeholder communication required for each version. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee the overall migration of platforms and applications to production. Follow ITSM standards to troubleshoot and manage support tickets depending on the nature of the issue.
Requirements:Required Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field. Requires 1 yr experience in job offered, Software Consultant, IT Engineer or related field. Required experience with any two: JIRA,
Java and J2EE, MS SQL Server 2008.
