Title : IT Project Manager
Duties:
Analyze highly complex business requirements, designs and write technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. To successfully manage the Projects, Actual to Plan on time and budget, Minimize escalations from customer. To Manage, facilitate and Lead client communications to the Project and to the team. Coordinating the work with onsite and offshore team on technical and projects aspects. Improving the process, escalating when even it is needed to the higher management for successful delivery of work. Conducting performance reviews to the team where ever it is needed and sharing the details to the higher management. Applying Agile and Scrum Project management techniques to solve business problems and work across teams in matrix organization. Working with various levels of functional management and third party vendors. To Develop and maintain strong relationship with the partners.
Requirements:Required Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Technology, Engineering (any), Information Technology or related field. 5 years’ experience in job offered, Software Consultant, IT Engineer or related field. Required experience with Java, J2EE, AND JIRA. Required travel/relocation throughout the U.S.
